Who we are
European Lunch is a local family business bringing fresh homemade European food to offices in Utah. European Lunch uses authorized Google integrations to support internal business operations. It is not a separate public business or consumer-facing identity.
Lunch Alert signups
When you sign up for Lunch Alerts, we collect the first name, company or office, and any email or mobile number you choose to provide. We also record whether you gave separate consent for text alerts, including the consent timestamp, signup time, and signup source. We use this information to maintain the Lunch Alert list and, in later phases, to provide the alerts you request.
Email and text consent are separate. Providing a mobile number does not by itself give consent to text alerts. You can request correction or removal by contacting hello@europeanlunch.com.
Information sharing
We do not sell Lunch Alert customer information. We may use service providers needed to host the signup page, store customer records, or provide a future alert service. We do not send alerts in Phase 1; signup records are retained for the European Lunch operation and future customer-requested alert functionality.
Google account access
European Lunch uses Google services only after the Google account owner authorizes the relevant integration through Google OAuth. The authorized services may include Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
The specific data used depends on the authorized workflow and the permissions granted. Access is limited to European Lunch operational purposes, such as:
- Gmail: authorized receipt intake and business communication workflows.
- Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets: internal business files, records, documents, spreadsheets, and related workflows.
- Google Calendar: authorized scheduling and coordination workflows.
- Google Contacts: authorized business contact and relationship workflows.
How Google user data is handled
Google user data is used only to provide or support the authorized European Lunch workflow for which access was granted.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or targeted advertising.
- We do not share Google user data with unrelated third parties.
- We may use service providers necessary to operate an authorized workflow, subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations.
- We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the authorized European Lunch operation.
European Lunch handles Google user data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request and use only the access needed for the authorized operational purpose.
Security and retention
OAuth credentials and tokens are protected through restricted local storage and are not intentionally exposed publicly. Access is limited to authorized European Lunch operational systems and personnel. We retain operational data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant business, accounting, relationship, security, or legal purpose, subject to applicable requirements.
Revoking access
You can revoke European Lunch’s Google access at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops future authorized access, although information previously processed may remain in operational records where retention is required for business, accounting, security, or legal purposes.
